Shrinky dink before.. and things after Curled feather is from trying to use a hairdryer... next few attempts were with a hair straightener so the colours smudged. Got a bunch to try tomorrow..in a toaster oven. But theyre just so damn cute

I dont really know where to get supplies for things like.. those cellphone straps or keychains or things to make pretty things ;___;!

Merry Christmas, in particular, but Channukah gets some overdue love too. I think I partied way too hard this past week (tomorrow being the last day of a week of partying), because I'm definitely getting sick. But I think I can hold out for one last bash...! D:

I'm home!~ Went from sunny no snow to wooah brooklyn snow.

My snake. is. SOO FAT. EE. EEEEEEEEEEEE. i think hes like..too..fat. but he got so big ahhh and puppies and. people and. food

I forgot to mention, checked my grades and I got straight A's. :) 4.0 GPA again, booyah. I hope I keep it up...also got a security cam installed at the center which is badass. you can move and zoom with it!!

We got out safe... it was snowing for a looong time, 5 hr drive to Charlotte, slippin around. The scariest was seeing a giant UPS truck in front of us start sliding back and forth like.. it was almost perpendicular with the road. Jeez.


...saw a pyreneesish dog in the middle of the road. .. .I hope its ok because a lot of cars were zooming by. sigh. lots of accidents and cars in ditches x_X but it is only raining here.

Sigh, annoyed. Changed my flight from Nashville>LGA to Charlotte>JFK because of the incoming snowstorm.
Assuming that you know, we don't get snowed in tomorrow morning altogether.

Why does it cost $150 to change stuff like that I mean. damn.

Now..to scramble and get things packed!

I guess those seemingly one-sided friendships really are over. What a waste.

I'm getting so frustrated with my desktop computer. I've been having issues with it since October.

First my 8800GT video card started artifacting and crashing my computer. So I ordered a new card, a nice EVGA GTX260. When it arrived I popped it in a tried playing some games, and it ran like a charm except for one small problem: it would occasionally shut off my computer entirely. I figured "okay get a new power supply" so I ordered one, but the day before my power supply arrived my computer crashed and wouldn't even POST.

Turns out the power supply I had just barely met the minimum requirement for my card and was not running the fans properly. The brand new GTX260 fried. I RMA'd the card and waited nearly two weeks for the replacement to arrive because of the Thanksgiving holiday and when it arrived I installed it and experienced crashes and artifacts. I then spent the entire week uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, trying desperately to make sure it was a software problem.

After getting nowhere, I found a program called memtest and ran some comprehensive memory tests on my RAM and it turns out that two of my four 1GB sticks had gone bad somehow. So I ordered new sticks and popped out the bad ones. I tried running the computer without the bad sticks and I still got crashes.

So now I've got a few options. I can track down a non-nVidia card and swap it in to see if it's my card causing the problems; I can reformat my hard-drive and install my OS fresh; and I can replace the motherboard on my computer. After everything I've gone through I'm really starting to think that the last option is the most likely fix, but I'm still going ballistic in the meantime.

This has been such an ordeal; I can't even work on any music for fear of my computer crashing in the middle of a project. I'm so fed up with this crap that I feel like punching someone in the face really hard over and over again.

Got done with finals yesterday. Feels good. I was my speech and Saylors was like... talk to me after! Email me yer speech! I might wanna share it. ...d'aw. 'I really enjoyed your speech ... in all ways it was satisfying (even though it had that clinical bleakness that will probably keep me awake tonight, staring into the void). I really hope I get you for another class ... yes, even one with writing in it.' Hahaha. That guy is beyond awesome but I... can't say I wanna take a creative writing class.

Planned to leave Monday but apparently I'm gunna get snowed in from Friday onwards. thank you irony for not ever snowing this much til THIS WEEKEND. This is also the 2nd time I slammed my head against something in my room in front of people in the past...week. Its like oh god im fine oh god ow oh damn im bleeding hey guys sry
